things that comes to mind is what is meant by virtuous?

Some people may wonder why I enjoy the study of customs and mannerisms that I do. This morning I was reading in the book of Hebrews and there are things that if you don't understand this area of study as well as some of the law it will be meaningless to you. Now Hebrews was written to the Hebrew Christians. In fact it is no one knows who wrote the book of Hebrews.
