1 Kings 3:1 Solomon made an alliance with Pharaoh king of Egypt and married his daughter. He brought her to the City of David until he finished building his palace and the temple of the Lord, and the wall around Jerusalem. 2The people, however, were still sacrificing at the high places, because a temple had not yet been built for the Name of the Lord. 3 Solomon showed his love for the Lord by walking according to the instructions given him by his father David, except that he offered sacrifices and burned incense on the high places. Now your first question should be what high places are? Well I will explain for those who do not know. I’m using the ESV here but will reference other versions. The first word in verse 1 is see it it is behold in the KJV. It means to perceive by any of the senses. This is how revelation works. You will perceive by any of the senses. You might see a vision, hear a voice,or any or many other things. That is why I never preach how I get revelation because it is an individual thing. New Beginnings This is an updated version of an older blog I learned some new stuff so I changed it to line up better with God's word. New Beginnings Let’s turn to Romans. New beginnings are a way of life. If there is something in your life you want to see changed you can do it. If you are having any kind of problems there is always some sort of solution. A new beginning is a biblical principal. It indicates newness. The number 8 in the bible is indicative of a new beginning. The eighth day would be the beginning of a new week. In Genesis we are told that God rested from his work that happened in the first 6 days. So the next day the eighth day would begin a new week. For those of you who understand about administrations the final paradise would be the eighth administration.
