Who can find a virtuous woman? Proverbs 31:10
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price [is] far above rubies. When you read a verse like this one of the first
things that comes to mind is what is meant by virtuous? As any person who
studies the word knows one of the keys to proper interruption is where a word
had been used before. We will get to that because first you should check out
the context that the word is used in, Proverbs is loaded with wisdom. It was written by
Solomon who had asked God for wisdom so he could be a good ruler over Israel.
Here at the end built upon the rest of the wisdom imparted in Proverbs we have
the virtuous women. 10Who
can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11The
heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of
Sometimes the Old English is more difficult to understand so I will show you
the NIV translation. 11 Her husband has full
confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.
1 Kings 3:1Solomon made an alliance with Pharaoh king of Egypt and married
his daughter. He brought her to the City of David until he finished building
his palace and the temple of the Lord, and the wall around Jerusalem. 2The
people, however, were still sacrificing at the high places, because a temple

tore down many of these temples which his father King Ahaz had built during his
reign. You may also read about the Grove. Grove is the Hebrew Ashera(h) = "groves (for idol worship)". It

All bibles have the order wrong in how they are presented. I am starting a series of teaching’s on the books of Esther, Nehemiah, and Ezra and the first thing the bible student needs to know these books have been placed in the wrong location. They are before Job and Psalms but it took place Much later than that. David reigned from about 1000 BC to 960 BC. Esther was queen from about 492 BC- 462 BC
Someone told me that Job takes place around the middle to the end of Genesis. I have no idea if it’s true or not.
Esther for instance takes place near the end of the book of Daniel.
Ezra records the first return from the captivity. Some forty years later Esther came on the scene, and some forty years after that Nehemiah came on the scene. So the book of Esther fits about halfway between the rebuilding of the temple (the decree given by Cyrus) and the rebuilding of the city of Jerusalem (the decree given by Artaxerxes to Nehemiah). About halfway between fits in t…
